Vito Coppola has been flooded with messages of support as he told fans he 'hopes his family is proud' of him. The Strictly Come Dancing star was seen back in the ballroom over the weekend with new celebrity dance partner Sarah Hadland.
The Italian professional dancer and the Miranda star were among the 15 couples performing as the BBC One dance show officially got underway with week one of the competition on Saturday night (September 21).
And all eyes were on their first performances and Sarah and reigning champion Vito were awarded a very impressive 30 points after their dance to Dolly Parton's classic 9 To 5. The dancer no longer just has the Glitterball trophy to take pride of place at home after he was crowned the Celebrity MasterChef champion during Friday night's (September 20) final after beating off stiff competition from TV and radio presenter Craig Doyle and Line Of Duty actress Rochenda Sandall.
