Nick Knowles has said he may not be able to be involved in the Strictly Come Dancing final later this year after his journey in the show came to an end.

Earlier this month during their last stint in the ballroom, the DIY SOS star and his dance partner Luba Mushtuk performed the routine they had planned for Movie Week, a Charleston to Rain On The Roof from the Paddington 2 soundtrack, which they had to miss due to injury.

Despite doing his best to bounce back from a knee injury, which followed a non-dancing-related shoulder injury the week before, Nick and Luba had to reprise their performance in the dreaded dance-off before the judges voted to save Shayne Ward and Nancy Xu, sending them home in week four. "Literally, I might have an operation on the arm this week and then another operation on the knee in a couple or three weeks' time.
