As per the show's annual tradition, the whole Strictly team left their usual Elstree studio behind and headed North to the seaside town for week nine of the BBC One dance as it continues for one week only in the iconic Tower Ballroom in the seaside town.
But it didn't take long for Craig to come under fire. The judge left viewers seriously unimpressed - and the hundreds in the Tower Ballroom booing - as he critiqued Layton Williams and Nikita Kumzin as they performed their sassy and energetic Couple's Choice.
