Maddy Anholt outlined her plans for the future in a recent heartbreaking Instagram post.The author of 'How to Leave Your Psychopath: The Essential Handbook for Escaping Toxic Relationships' died aged 35 following a year-long battle with a rare and aggressive brain cancer.
