BBC Garden Rescue's Charlie Dimmock has confessed she has 'no regrets' over her affair with a co-star that led to the end of her relationship with long-term partner John Mushet.
Charlie, who is now hosting the new BBC show Garden Rescue, became a household name while presenting Ground Force alongside Alan Titchmarsh and Tommy Walsh from 1997 to 2005, with the show attracting up to 12 million viewers at its peak.
In 2001, during her stint on Ground Force, it was revealed that Charlie had been having an affair with microphone operator Andy Simmons, leading to her split with John.
The now 57 year old presenter admitted that she no longer sees Andy but doesn't regret what happened. Speaking in 2002, she said: "But I don't regret what happened.
