A Manchester singer and musical director has launched an online virtual choir to help people stay connected during the coronavirus pandemic.

Dan McDwyer of The Choir Project is hosting online choirs to get people singing during the COVID-19 crisis. Participants can connect with their laptop, tablet or smart phone and join in singing at home on their own or with family in the comfort of their own home.

Tuesday March 24 will be the second of Dan’s virtual choirs after trialling the new platform last week for people who are self-isolating due to the coronavirus to help bring the people of Greater Manchester together and keep spirits high.
