Dundee Sheriff Court heard on Tuesday that Jennifer Whyte had provided her services as a sex worker to the man at his home previously.

But the arrangement went sour when she arrived to find the man had been sleeping and had woken up and thought better of going through with the agreed sex acts.

When the man told Whyte he had no money to pay her, other than £15 to cover her taxi costs, her partner David Donald stormed into the property and threatened him.

Fiscal depute Gavin Burton told the court : "At the time she was offering sexual services as an escort on a website. She was in a relationship with her co-accused. "On 22 March 2020 the complainer returned home and parked his car.
