Lanarkshire MSP Clare Adamson wants consumer and workplace safety to be a priority as part of Scotland’s Circular Economy.The Circular Economy Bill will give local councils and the Scottish Government the powers they need to transform our economy and tackle throwaway culture.Ms Adamson, MSP for Motherwell and Wishaw, received cross-party support for an amendment to the Circular Economy Bill which places a requirement for Scottish Ministers to have regard to the importance of consumer and workplace safety.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
