'We'll have news soon' - Man City target drops transfer hint

The June deadline for clubs to submit accounts to satisfy Premier League Profit and Sustainability Rules has passed, with City able to stay well clear of the scramble to swap young players.
Now various player contracts are up and a 'new year' has begun in the football world, so clubs may start to be more active when it comes to adding new players.
One player City are expected to sign is Brazil winger Savio, who excelled at City Football Group sister-club Girona last season.
A record signing for fellow CFG outfit Troyes but without a single appearance for the French club, Savio's move was agreed at the start of the year but is yet to be completed.
