As spring approaches green fingered growers will be flocking to their treasured gardens but may be faced with unwanted moss taking over their grass.
Luckily the BBC's Gardeners' World host Monty Don has shared a top tip for how to get rid of moss from your lawn for those keen to start mowing.

Moss can easily spread across your grass during winter. This is because the small green clumps love the wet, dark conditions of the colder months.
