Trinny Woodall’s daughter Lyla had her phone stolen while out on a mother-daughter shopping trip. Fashion columnist and TV presenter Trinny, 57, was asked to hold her 18 year old daughter’s phone, and popped it in her jacket pocket while they browsed stores in London.
It’s believed that while the pair were in Zara when the teen’s phone was swiped from Trinny’s pocket, leaving Lyla “so upset”.Taking to Instagram to tell her one million followers about the situation, Trinny explained: “So we are walking down the street and L asked me to hold her phone, she has pockets yes but still it appears to be my responsibility.” The mum-of-one later wrote on her Instagram story: “Poor bunny's phone was stolen out of my jacket pocket in zara,” while adding that Lyla was particularly upset because her phone case had some “sentimental things” in it.
However, the following day Trinny gave an update on the situation, revealing that Lyla’s phone had been found. “Staggering news about Lyla's phone.
Somebody called me this morning and said ‘I have Lyla's phone’,” Trinny said in a video. The star went on to explain that the woman who called her also had her phone stolen, and near to where it happened, she found a bag filled with her phone and four others – including Lyla’s.
