Trams are going to start running until midnight six days a week later this month

hereThe frequency of tram services on Sundays will increase to one every 15 minutes between 7am and 11pm, following an increased demand on services.

Trams will now run every ten minutes across all lines between 6am and 7pm Monday to Friday and every 20 minutes until midnight.

They will be every ten minutes from 8am to 8pm on Saturdays and then every 20 minutes until midnight. On Sundays a 15 minute service will run throughout the day from 7am until 11pm.Transport for Greater Manchester’s Head of Operations, Alex Cropper, said: “These changes will make it easier for people to get around the city-region, especially later at night.
