You Me At Six have announced a UK headline tour – you’ll be able to buy tickets from here when they go on sale.The band will hit the road next February in support of their eighth studio album ‘Truth Decay’, which is due for release in 2023.Kicking off in Plymouth on February 1, the upcoming run of shows will also include performances in Glasgow (February 3), Manchester (6), Nottingham (9) and Cardiff (10). The tour is set to conclude with a concert at Alexandra Palace in London on November 11.Waterparks, The Maine and Bears In Trees will all support You Me At Six on the stint.Tickets go on sale at 10am BST this Friday (July 29) – you’ll be able to purchase yours from here.

Waterparks have cancelled the release of their forthcoming album ‘Intellectual Property 2: Lost In The Property’.Announced in May, the release was intended as a ‘sister’ album to 2023’s ‘Intellectual Property’ and was set to feature the already-released singles ‘SOULSUCKER’, ‘SNEAKING OUT OF HEAVEN’ and ‘FAI2’, a rework of their previous single ‘Fuck About It’ featuring Zeph.A release date hadn’t been confirmed, but the newly-independent band said on Friday (August 2) that the album won’t come out at all. The announcement came with a video of a hooded man digging up a grave, in which lay frontman Awsten Knight in the costume for that era.

You Me At Six, the All-American Rejects, I Prevail and more have been announced as the first wave of performers for next year’s edition of Slam Dunk festival.Boys Like Girls and We The Kings will also be performing on the main stage along with You Me At Six and the All-American Rejects. Waterparks have shared another cryptic teaser for their upcoming fifth album, cluing fans in on what to expect from the release.In a post shared to the band’s Twitter page overnight (February 22), they teased that if their fourth full-length effort – last year’s ‘Greatest Hits’ – was “an indoor nighttime album”, the new record would be “an outdoor daytime album”. Waterparks have shared an update on their forthcoming new album, teasing that it’s “80 per cent done”.The follow-up to last year’s ‘Greatest Hits’ will be the band’s fifth album, and according to a social media post the Texas trio are wading through a lot of material.Yesterday (February 14), the band’s official Twitter account confirmed that their next album – tentatively titled ‘PARX5’ – is currently “80 per cent done”. Waterparks have shared their second single of 2021, ‘Numb’.The raucous track, released on Monday (March 29), follows on from February’s ‘Snow Globe’ and last September’s ‘Lowkey As Hell’. All three songs are set to appear on ‘Greatest Hits’, the band’s fourth studio album.Frontman Awsten Knight wrote the song, and also served as its co-producer alongside Zakk Cervini.
