Towie's Tommy Mallet 'gutted' after finding out that his first-ever retailer has closed

Towie star Tommy Mallet has said he is 'gutted' after a shop close to his heart has closed. The TV personality and businessman runs luxury footwear brand Mallet London which has branches across the UK.

Mallet designed his first pair of shoes when he was just 15 and his designs have turned him into a multimillionaire. His footwear brand has a close connection with the clothing retailer Choice, where Mallet previously work and which now stocks his footwear.

Although he now runs his own business empire, Mallet still has a deep respect for the Choice brand. His connection with the company is so strong that he took to social media to talk about how the closure of one of the shops had affected him. "A big thank you to all involved in my journey with Choice from office to front of store.

End of an era. And another thank you to Lawrence, Darren and Josh for believing in me and the brand in the early days up until now." Fans shared similar feelings of regret at the store closing.
