The pair met back in 2017 when Gemma was a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing where fans are used to seeing Gorka as one of the pro dancers.
Despite dancing with different partners, the pair were clearly getting on and love soon blossomed when they headed out on tour with the BBC One dance contest's arena tour in early 2018.
Since then, then Gemma, 38, and Gorka, 32, have welcomed their first child, daughter Mia, in 2019, got engaged on Valentine's Day in 2021 and just last month they welcomed their second child, baby boy Thiago, into the world.
