Posting a video of her playing with her two daughters, she penned: “A slightly different post... A lot has been going on in the background as I have been adjusting to life as a single mum of two. “I’m on this journey with as much positivity as humanly possible, especially with everything going on in the world right now. "I know that so many of you will be in the same situation, and I hope that together we can navigate through this.
You are not alone; I’m here living it with you.” She went on to offer other single parents her tips on how to cope, from how she keeps on top of the housework to how she preps family meals in advance.
Lauren’s celebrity pals were quick to flood the comments with messages of sympathy. Love Island star Rosie Williams said: “Amazing woman & mother.” YouTuber CC Clark commented: “I feel you and sending sooo much love xxxx.” While glamour model Nicola Mclean wrote: “Super mum,” with a red heart emoji.
