Last month, The Sun Online revealed that the stars, both 25, had gone their separate ways - and the heartbreaking scenes played out in last night's episode of the ITVBe reality show.
The split was mostly fuelled by Harry's jealousy and insecurity within the relationship, and Harry told his pal Tom McDonnell that it'd be easier to deal with if she'd cheated.
Visibly emotional, he said: "We weren't in the right head space, just thought it would be better if we called it a day. "Sometimes she would lie a little bit and downplay things.
