Ticket site launches initiative to send frontline workers to Broadway

When audiences finally return to Broadway, it appears frontline workers will be first in line for tickets. Popular ticket site TodayTix has unveiled an initiative to provide first responders to the COVID-19 pandemic with free tickets to Broadway shows once theaters reopen, according to Variety.

The initiative, called Save a Seat Fund, launched Tuesday when CEO Brian Fenty announced the rebranding of the ticket site to TomorrowTix to inspire all theatergoers, that Broadway will return and be better than ever.
