Tom Parker has been posthumously nominated for a National Television Award for his film Inside My Head. The Wanter star made the documentary five months before he tragically died from brain cancer, aged 33.
After being diagnosed with the terminal tumour, Tom campaigned for brain cancer awareness and organised a star-studded concert, called Inside My Head, at the Royal Albert Hall last September.
The smash-hit show raised money for Stand Up To Cancer and The National Brain Appeal. The Channel 4 documentary of the same name followed the singer organising the gig alongside footage of him and his family learning to live with his illness.
Tom could be seen fighting until the end, even performing with The Wanted on tour, but on March 30 the star sadly lost his battle with the disease.
