War hero Harry Melling received more than 600 cards from well-wishers when he turned 100 in lockdown last year. Now his family are hoping kind-hearted Brits will help him celebrate his special day again on Sunday, April 18.
Harry’s great-nephew Matthew Melling said: “He’s still not able to have a big celebration because of the current restrictions in place, but we intend to have a party from him when it’s safe to do so, whenever that may be. “It’s been a tough year for Harry.
