The Chase star Mark Labbett has shared the simple exercise that helped him lose almost 10 stone in weight.The ITV quiz star, known as ‘The Beast’, credited his gorgeous golden retriever, Baloo, as his “personal trainer” that got him into shape.

In recent months, Mark has lost a staggering 10 stone as seen in a snap he shared last month before he headed to ITV Palooza.

The 56-year-old appeared on ITV’s The Pet Show with his four legged friend and explained that his dog had helped him get into the habit of regular exercise.
