In a show first, contestant Ronnie, who had banked just £1000 before becoming the last player standing, decided to take a huge gamble.
He opted to play against Mark Labbett, aka The Beast, solo and was given the choice between bagging £1 or £101,000. Ronnie said he thought it was worth the big risk and went for the jaw-droppingly high offer on the table, becoming the first solo player to play that round for more than £100K.
