THE Chase fans were left blushing by a VERY rude question - and even Paul Sinha couldn't keep a straight face. Monday's edition of the ITV quiz show saw contestant Alan take on The Sinnerman after taking £9,000 to the table from his Cash Builder.

However, they soon became distracted by a rather rude sounding question, which read: "What type of creature is the ruffed bustard?" The three possible answers were "Insect", "bird" or "lizard", but Alan couldn't help but snigger.

Paul, 51, also started laughing before composing himself, before he and Alan got the question right by choosing "bird". Viewers were also amused, with one writing on Twitter: "We all like a ruffed bustard don’t we girls?!" Another added: "I unashamedly giggled at "ruffed bustard".

A third tweeted: "I knew 'Ruffed Bustard' would come up eventually!" @font-face{font-family:'The Sun';src:url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-Regular.woff2') format('woff2'),url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-Regular.woff') format('woff'),url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-Regular.ttf') format('truetype'),url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-Regular.svg#') format('svg');font-style:normal;font-weight:400;font-display:swap;}@font-face{font-family:'The Sun';src:url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-Medium.woff2') format('woff2'),url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-Medium.woff') format('woff'),url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-Medium.ttf') format('truetype'),url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-Medium.svg#') format('svg');font-style:normal;font-weight:500;font-display:swap;}@font-face{font-family:'The Sun';src:url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-HeavyNarrow.woff2') format('woff2'),url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-HeavyNarrow.woff') format('woff'),url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-HeavyNarrow.ttf').
