However, viewers watched on in horror as the actress plunged into the frozen water but hit her head on ice as she came up for air in the sub-zero temperatures in Northern Italy. "She hit her head, she hit her head!" host H olly Willoughby made it known to the others as Tamzin struggled to breathe before pulling herself up for air.
Tamzin said: "Banged my head. I'm getting out," before adding to Holly: "I might need to sit down." Holly replied: "I know I feel like that too.
We're going to get you checked out, okay, and just make sure everything is okay." There appeared to be a visible bump on Tamzin's head while the other stars looked on in sympathy.
