In the black and white photo, Tess, 53, could be seen sporting a fitted lace dress with capped sleeves and an indented neckline.
She had what appeared to be a veil in her hair, which was short compared to her long blonde locks today, and she was holding a small bouquet of blowers in her hand.
Alongside the post, the Stockport-born star shared: "I got tagged in this shot and it brought back all sorts of memories! It was a shoot from Brides Magazine and I think I was about 24/25 years old, and with short hair!!"
