South Lanarkshire councillors have welcomed a wind farm in Clydesdale.Plans for a wind farm in Elvanfoot were submitted by RWE Renewables UK Developments Ltd,Councillors at South Lanarkshire Council’s (SLC) planning committee were consulted on the plans as the permission for planning lies with the Scottish Government who are the overall consenting authority.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
