A zero-waste mini market in Heaton Mersey has confirmed it will be closing its doors in September due to difficult trading circumstances.
The Good Life was launched by Shelley Brown in January 2019 and aimed to offer simple solutions for people to shop in an environmentally friendly way.
The news was confirmed on social media this morning. Shelley said the decision had not been made lightly, but that personal circumstances and a significant drop in sales had left her with "no option".
She also issued a stark warning to shoppers, urging them to support local, independent businesses or risk losing them entirely.
