history. In bright pink bold type, the ad reads, “The declaration of independence was written by men in wigs, heels, and tights.”The ad is situated in the middle of Times Square, one of the busiest areas of the country.
It’s sure to be seen by millions of people, especially now that the billboard has become a story. And what’s more important is who sees this ad.
