Scots cops arrest teen wanted on suspicion of murdering man in London 'stabbing'

Scots cops have arrested a teenager on suspicion of the murder of a young man in London earlier this month. The 17-year-old was arrested in Edinburgh on Wednesday following the death of Kane Ontre Zasheem Moses, 19, on September 30.

Edinburgh Live reports that Moses was found with fatal stab wounds following a fight on Tottenham High Road in Haringey, north London.

Police had been called to attend the scene at around 5.30pm that day following reports of an "altercation". A post-mortem examination carried out on October 2 found he died from a knife wound to the chest, according to Met Police detectives.

The Met’s homicide investigation has been led by Detective Inspector Daniel Catmull of the Met's Specialist Crime division.Prior to an arrest being made this week, he said: “My heart goes out to the family of this young man.
