A schoolboy invited his whole class to an end-of-school party at his house but failed to tell his mum about it. Diane Campbell, 50, received quite the shock after a friend sent her a photo of an invitation to a party which was supposed to be held at her home by her son Max, 10.
It was soon discovered that the young lad had been handing out the invites for an event that was going to be held at the family home on July 25, 4pm.
Fortunately, mum-of-three Dianne, from Bolton, became aware of the party bash a week before it was supposed to happen and rushed to contact pupils' parents to inform them that it wasn't going to happen.
Diane, a professional singer and DJ, said: "My friend messaged me to tell me that her son was excited to come to Max's party.
