School pupils from Perthshire visited Glasgow last week to welcome a remarkable giant puppet which moved through the streets as part of activism around COP26.The enormous moving artwork takes the form of a young Syrian migrant girl - Amal - and highlights the small person’s unsettling experience of being far from home.Amal ‘walked’ through crowds in several cities to arrive at COP26 on Clydebank on November 12.Grandtully Primary School and Comrie Primary School were two of only a handful of schools lucky enough to play a part in an event which will last in memories for many years to come.Back in May, when the ‘Walk with Amal’ project was launched online, staff at Grandtully Primary School reported feeling “incredibly inspired”.“We planned
