Customers subscribed to Ring's Protect Basic Plan have begun receiving emails informing them that the subscription will increase from £34.99 a year to £49.99 a year - a 42 per cent increase.
Customers were informed that the new price change will be implemented from March 11, 2024. Some have criticised Ring's subscription increase in the midst of a cost of living crisis, stating that people are already struggling to afford things.
