Retail giant Matalan to open its doors in East Kilbride this week

Retail giant Matalan has confirmed it will officially open its doors in East Kilbride town centre this week. The impressive 20,000 sq ft new retail space - in the short-lived Plaza TJ Hughes unit - will be joining the other roster of shops, leisure and food outlets available and officially opening its doors and inviting customers down on Friday (November 4).Lanarkshire Live revealed in August that Matalan was advertising for both permanent and temporary staff in the town.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
