Repeat Lanarkshire offender jailed after being found with blood on his face and carrying a knife

A repeat offender was seen carrying a knife on a bus only weeks after completing a two-year sentence for similar crimes.A woman boarded the bus in East Kilbride to find fellow passenger James Fisher bleeding from a face wound and holding a blade.She alerted the police and Fisher was later seen throwing the knife into bushes outside Hairmyres Hospital.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
