Lanarkshire killer found carrying weapon whilst awaiting trial

A security guard’s killer was found covered in blood and carrying a lethal weapon whilst on bail awaiting trial. Billy Hay admitted carrying the knuckle blade in Holytown, Lanarkshire, last June.
