Manchester United will be without Rasmus Hojlund for around two to three weeks due to injury. The striker will miss today's Premier League clash with Fulham and next weekend's Manchester derby against Manchester City.
The setback comes as Hojlund has finally hit form for Erik ten Hag's side. The 21-year-old has netted in six successive league matches, including both goals in the 2-1 win over Luton Town last weekend.
His injury is another blow for United and Ten Hag, who are also without Luke Shaw for a number of months. As of 8am on Saturday morning, over 409,000 FPL managers had transferred the Denmark international into their teams. With the likes of Mohamed Salah, Cole Palmer, Diogo Jota, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Darwin Nunez unavailable for selection due to the Carabao Cup final on Sunday, Hojlund seemed to be a steal at £7.2million.
