Police have released the photos of 20 men they want to speak in connection with disorder at a Bolton Wanderers match. Trouble flared inside and outside the University of Bolton stadium during and after the Trotters' 6-0 win over Sunderland on Saturday, January 29.

Police say a number of incidents occurred, including assault of a police officer, criminal damage and public order offences.

Mobile footage shared on social media after the match shows fans clashing with police outside the ground and rival supporters fighting on a grass verge near the stadium. A statement on the GMP Bolton Facebook page said: "Police have released images of a number of people they wish to speak to in connection with disorder at the Bolton Wanderers V Sunderland match on Saturday 29 January 2022.
