The proposals for 36 homes in Bonkle, near Newmains received the go ahead from North Lanarkshire Council planning department.The site to the rear of Bonkle Road will be a mix of two or three bedroom homes and will see terraced and semi-detached as well as four detached properties within a cul-de-sac on Bonds Drive.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
