Jeremy Renner has revealed that he wrote a goodbye note to his family after being crushed by his snowplough.The Avengers star was left in critical condition after being crushed by the vehicle on January 1. Renner was airlifted to hospital for surgery after breaking 30 bones in his body, including both ankles, his right knee, his right clavicle and eight ribs.

Jeremy Renner’s first on-camera interview since his devastating snowplow accident in January – an hourlong special airing next Thursday (April 6) – with the Marvel Cinematic Universe star declaring that he “chose to survive” in the wake of life-threatening injuries.On January 1, it was reported Renner had suffered “a weather related accident while plowing snow” at his home in Reno; he was airlifted to hospital, where he was said to be in a “critical but stable” condition. The actor then underwent surgery and gave his first public update some two weeks later, with his family “positive” about his prospects for recovery.

If you were one of the millions of Marvel fans in the early screenings of “Avengers: Endgame,” it’s an understatement to say there were multiple moments of pure emotion, especially during the deaths of characters such as Black Widow and, obviously, Iron Man. But according to the Russo Brothers, the filmmakers behind the superhero epic, there were discussions that would have led to several more massive deaths in the film.

While it remains to be seen if Robert Downey Jr.’s Tony Stark will truly stay dead in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the narrative move was undoubtedly shocking to many audience members, given how beloved Stark and Downey was to fans. Marvel Studios’ “Avengers: Endgame” is chock full of incredible, cheerworthy moments. Just look at YouTube reaction videos from screenings and you’ll hear fans lose their minds when Captain America picks up Thor’s hammer or when the heroes all band together in the “Avengers Assemble” scene.

Plenty of fans and industry folks brushed off Scarlett Johansson‘s lawsuit concerning “Black Widow” pivoting from theatrical release to a hybrid model as something that could be resolved privately. But with Johansson’s legal team publicly coming out against arbitration and the lawsuit seemingly moving forward, the first bit of fallout at Marvel Studios has arrived, and it involves the Russo Brothers.

Much like the character themselves in the events of “Avengers: Endgame,” “Black Widow” is dropping surprisingly early. Marvel Studios’ latest feature film is launching on all major digital platforms come August 10 and then on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD on September 14.

The Russo Brothers haven’t stopped to take a breath after their massive success from “Avengers: Endgame” toppling “Avatar“‘s box office record, they moved directly into making the Tom Holland thriller “Cherry” and are about to begin shooting their $200 million-plus budgeted spy film “The Gray Man” for Netflix with a stellar cast that includes Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, Ana de Armas, Jessica Henwick, Wagner Moura, and others.

For the first time in a decade, we are living through a year that won’t include a brand-new Marvel Studios film. Not since 2009 has Marvel Studios been silent at theaters.

Josh Brolin had a pretty big superhero year in 2018. But, the Captain America star succumbed to the pressure of joining Instagram after being challenged by Avengers: Infinity War co-star Chris Pratt for an All In Challenge, a fundraiser benefiting those affected the Coronavirus outbreak. Although the actor has just one post and is following no one on the platform (Yes, not even fellow Avengers stars Robert Downey Jr, Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner or Mark Ruffalo), the actor has now revealed his plans for his Instagram account. 

Mark Ruffalo struggled with having to lose and gain weight to play twin brothers in his new HBO show I Know This Much is True.

Chris Hemsworth is prioritising his family over his career as he doesn’t want to miss any key milestones in his kids’ lives.
