According to Mr. Kanani, if you've been coughing for over two weeks, it's crucial that you reach out to your doctor. They pointed out to the Express that abnormal morning fatigue lasting all day should be looked into: "It's normal to feel a little tired in the morning, but if this is not usual for you, or you are noticing fatigue lasting throughout the day, you should get this checked out." According to Cancer Research UK, making lifestyle changes such as quitting smoking or reducing alcohol intake can significantly lower your likelihood of developing cancer.
