ok.co.ukStrictly Come Dancing star Dianne Buswell has delighted us with her incredible dance moves since she joined the BBC show in 2017.The pro dancer, 34, has since been partnered with the likes of Max George, Tyler West and Bobby Brazier, who she finished the series in second place last year.
The glitzy BBC show was also where she met her YouTuber boyfriend, Joe Sugg, 32, after they were paired together in 2018 and finished in second place.The couple live together in a sprawling countryside mansion in Sussex, which is thought to be worth £3.5 million.
This is where the dancer switches off after a long day of training, exercises in their home gym and recovers in their plunge pool and sauna.
Speaking exclusively to OK!, Dianne revealed her health, well-being and fitness regime, after changing her mindset to focus on her mental health.
