A convicted drug dealer, jailed after being caught with almost £44,000 worth of illicit substances following a raid on his Perth flat, has been ordered to pay back almost £5500 of his ill-gotten gains.The prosecution raised a Proceeds of Crime action against 31-year-old Kamil Morawski in a bid to claw back some of the cash he had dishonestly obtained.And Sheriff William Wood ruled at a Perth Sheriff Court hearing this week that he should hand over £5460.He was earlier jailed for four-and-a-half years after police seized nearly two kilos of amphetamine, more than a kilo of cannabis and in excess of 1000 ecstasy tablets when they swooped on his housing association home in the Fairfield area of the city.They also discovered more than £5000,
