Kim Kardashian
Kimberly Noel Kardashian West (née Kardashian; born October 21, 1980) is an American media personality, model, businesswoman, socialite and actress. Kardashian first gained media attention as a friend and stylist of Paris Hilton but received wider notice after a 2002 sex tape, Kim Kardashian, Superstar, with her then-boyfriend Ray J was released in 2007. Later that year, she and her family began to appear in the E! reality television series Keeping Up with the Kardashians (2007–present). Parents ‘in complete chaos’ trying to sign up to new 15-hours free childcare scheme

manchestereveningnews.co.ukParents have been left "in complete chaos" while attempting to access the government's new childcare scheme, a charity has said.
A survey of more than 6.000 parents across England that are eligible for the new funding that sees 15 hours of 'free' childcare for two-year-olds has revealed many are struggling with the scheme, Pregnant Then Screwed announced.
While parents should be able to apply to the scheme since the beginning of the year, a shocking amount are still waiting for a code that provides access.
According to surveyed parents, only 11 per cent have received the code that would allow them to benefit from the scheme in April.
