Justin Bieber

Justin Drew Bieber (born March 1, 1994) is a Canadian singer, songwriter and actor. Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Bieber's debut EP, My World, released in late 2009, made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

Scots planning to jet abroad this summer will face key changes to luggage prices and restrictions amid the outbreak. Holidaymakers should now check in all baggage before boarding a flight, according to new Department for Transport (DfT) guidance.

The UK Government has urged airlines - which generally charge additional fees for putting luggage in the hold - to use "incentive policies" to minimise hand baggage.It comes as quarantine rules for those returning to the country from destinations such as Spain, France, Italy, Greece and Germany will be scrapped from July 10.The US is excluded from the list of 73 countries and territories where holidaymakers can visit without self-isolating for 14 days on their return.
