Health campaigners have blasted “dangerous” Scottish Tory plans for early morning booze shopping during the Coronavirus pandemic.Justina Murray, chief executive of Scottish Families Affected by Alcohol and Drugs, said the move would send out “completely mixed messages”.And Alison Douglas of Alcohol Focus Scotland said: “Now, more than ever, we must avoid relaxing laws and increasing harm to protect the most vulnerable in society and our frontline workers.”Scottish supermarkets can only sell alcohol between 10am and 10pm, although hours can be changed by the local authority licensing board.Emergency legislation to cope with the pandemic will be introduced soon and the Tories are suggesting relaxing the 10am restriction.The proposal is
