The ITV soap's own 'Super Soap Week', which begins on Monday (October 9), will officially see the end of Stephen as he exits the cobbles.
But as for how - and exactly what he does before he leaves Weatherfield - they'll have to watch and see. But what is certain is that Stephen's reign of terror will reach a dramatic climax on the cobbles, more than a year after he made a sudden return from Milan to be reunited with the Platts.
