Moderna has been approved for jabs in children aged six to 11 by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

Pfizer is currently approved for use in kids' vaccinations starting from the age of five. It comes as the MHRA approved the easy-to-store Covid vaccine for adults up to 50 years of age from the French firm Valneva.
