In a surprising move, the Royal Family acknowledged Prince Harry's birthday on their official social media platforms for the first time in three years.

This courtesy is usually extended to all working royals, but given the Duke of Sussex's estrangement from The Firm, it was unexpected.King Charles and the Prince and Princess of Wales publicly wished Prince Harry a happy 40th birthday on September 15 in what could be seen as a strategic peace offering.
