Jonathan and Susan Letby were both at court every single day of their daughter’s ten-month trial before her conviction earlier this month.
Jon, 77, a furniture boss, and Susan, 63, an accounts clerk, had reportedly rented a flat closer to Manchester Crown Court.The couple listened daily to the evidence of their daughter’s horrific crimes.
They heard how she targeted 17 babies over a year period working as a neonatal nurse at the Countess of Chester Hospital, from 2015 to 2016, reports the Mirror.Neither Lucy or her parents were present for her sentencing - where she was handed a whole life order with no chance of parole.
