Fetterman told a Philadelphia crowd late last month.  "I'm doing fantastic, and it's not about kicking balls in the authority or anything," Fetterman recently told MSNBC host Chris Hayes. New York GOP candidate for governor Rep. Lee Zeldin, R-N.Y. said that the crime crisis in New York is hitting "close to home" after two people were shot just outside his house on Sunday afternoon.

ABC senior national correspondent Terry Moran was less confident about the Democratic Party’s candidates this November during "This Week" Sunday. The main topic was the 2022 midterm elections which are less than one month away and could decide which political party will control Congress.Though co-moderator Martha Raddatz remarked on recent rebounding efforts by Democratic candidates over the summer, Moran claimed that the time has long passed.

A shooting in Florida left seven people shot with one dead outside a bar. The shooting happened outside the LIT Cigar & Martini Lounge in Tampa, Florida, just before 3 a.m. on Sunday when a large fight broke out, according to FOX 13.

Georgia Democratic gubernatorial nominee Stacey Abrams has spent over $1.2 million on private security since announcing her candidacy in December 2021 despite her ties to multiple abolitionist groups and opposition to the "privatization of justice." A Fox News Digital review found that the Abrams campaign doled out over $400,000 between July and August of this year alone for private security.  These payments follow an exclusive report from July that found the Abrams campaign paid out over $800,000 to Executive Protection Agencies, LLC, an Atlanta-based private security firm, between December 2021 and June of this year. Hundreds are suing the federal government after 20,000 gallons of jet fuel leaked into the water on a Hawaii naval base beginning last year, causing debilitating illnesses in families living nearby in an incident some are comparing to Camp Lejeune. "I couldn't taste it," Amanda Feindt, a mother impacted by the leak, said on Sunday's "Fox & Friends Weekend." Feindt added that those affected by the spill were never notified about it until other families started to smell and taste the water and begin to experience side effects. Kristina Baehr, an attorney representing a number of the fuel leakage's victims, told Fox News' Pete Hegseth that the U.S.

Florida police arrested six looters in Fort Meyers on Saturday for allegedly stealing high-end sneakers and other items from an outlet mall. According to Lee County's Sheriff's Office, Carlos Reyes Carmenates, 33, Mirna Abstengo Quesada, 33, Roberto Didier Enamorado Reyes, 30, Daymase Varona Reyes, 35, Alain Banzo Dieguez, 19, and a Hispanic teenager who is 14 years old traveled from Broadway Avenue to the outlets.  Lee County Sheriff Carmine Marceno referenced the incident Saturday during a briefing on Hurricane Ian recovery efforts alongside Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

North Korea has fired two short range missiles toward its eastern coast hours after the U.S. military concluded military training exercises with South Korea. South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Staff said in a statement they detected the two missiles launched between 1:48 a.m.

A police chief in Texas was arrested on Thursday after allegedly soliciting prostitution from a minor. Thomas Peoples, 55, was the police chief in Oak Ridge, Texas.

Sen. Rick Scott, the chair of the Senate GOP's election arm, and Sen.Tom Cotton, R-Ark., will travel to Georgia for a Tuesday event supporting Herschel Walker, the first major campaign stop following accusations that the Republican Senate nominee paid for an ex-girlfriend's abortion a decade ago. Walker has denied that he paid $700 a woman to get an abortion or had a child with her, and further reports have alleged that he encouraged the woman to have a second abortion, which she refused to do.

Army National Guard soldiers are reportedly leaving at a faster rate than they are enlisting.  According to officials, there is a total annual loss of about 7,500 service members.  Maj. Gen. Rich Baldwin, chief of staff of the Army National Guard, told The Associated Press that current staffing challenges are the worst he’s seen in the last 20 years.

A police K9 and a possible murder suspect are dead after a chase in Georgia ended with a shootout in the woods on Friday. The deadly confrontation began just before noon along River Road near Interstate 285 when Clayton County police spotted a car associated with a murder investigation, Fox 5 Atlanta reported. Georgia State Patrol and the Clayton County Sheriff's Office were called to assist with an attempted stop.

An elderly Los Angeles liquor store worker has died after a group of teenagers robbed his store and struck him over the head with a scooter, according to police. LAPD Public Information Officer Jeff Lee told Fox News Digital that the 69-year-old victim, a Filipino male, had been trying to stop the four teenage suspects — two males and two females described as Hispanic — from robbing his store, Tony's Market on East Avenue 40, of various items just before 7 p.m. PT.

Convicted felon Anna Sorokin was freed Friday after 17 months in detention and was headed back to New York City, where she'll remain on house arrest as her deportation case winds through immigration court, according to her spokesman. "She got out Friday afternoon," her spokesman, Juda Engelmayer, told Fox News Digital.

The man accused of killing two people and wounding six others in an "unprovoked" attack on the Las Vegas Strip went into a fit of rage after a group of showgirls refused to take a picture with him, according to officials and a local report.  Yoni Barrios, 32, approached the group of women on the famous Las Vegas Strip on Thursday and said he was a chef, local news station KTNV reported. Holding what police described as a "large knife with a long blade," he asked the women if they would pose for a photograph with him – then began attacking when they rebuffed him, the outlet reported.  Barrios stabbed eight people – a mix of tourists and residents – just after 11:40 a.m.

Kanye West posted on Instagram that his upcoming Los Angeles show has been canceled, just hours after his bombshell interview with Tucker Carlson on Fox News Channel. In the post, which was quickly deleted, he wrote, "My Sofi Stadium show on November 4th just got canceled.

Police and first responders taking calls involving potential exposure to fentanyl have been trained to believe in the grave harm in being exposed to the drug, a fear that research shows may be overstated. "Officers are definitely thinking or feeling something, and it started based on things the DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) said that they've since retracted," Brandon del Pozo, an assistant professor of Medicine and Health Services, Policy and Practice at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, told Fox News Digital.

The White House told Fox News Digital that they are going on offense in an attempt to hold Republicans accountable for obstructing legislation that would ban assault weapons.

Actor Pierce Brosnan has filed a restraining order against a woman who he claims is stalking both him and his family. The "James Bond" actor issued the complaint on Friday in Los Angeles, according to the Los Angeles Times. He alleged that the 55-year-old woman, identified as Michelle Welch Mulready, had been "parked in front of my house, stalking me, my family and guests." Pierce Brosnan has filed a restraining order against a woman he alleges has been stalking him and his family.

Brad Pitt will respond to abuse allegations made by his ex-wife, Angelina Jolie, in court. In a complaint filed Tuesday in Los Angeles court, Jolie detailed allegations of Pitt's abuse of her and their children. During a September 2016 flight from France to Los Angeles, "Pitt choked one of the children and struck another in the face" and "grabbed Jolie by the head and shook her," according to the latest filing in the exes' vicious legal battle over a French winery they bought in 2008.

Georgia Republican U.S. Senate candidate Herschel Walker says that he is "not deterred" and is refusing to back down after allegations broke that he paid for a previous girlfriend's abortion in 2009.  Reports surfaced on Monday claiming that Walker, who is pro-life, paid $700 to an ex-girlfriend, who said that the money was used to get an abortion and showed the alleged $575 receipt that was from an abortion clinic. Fox News has not independently confirmed this reporting.

The body of a woman was found Thursday inside a clothing donation box near Los Angeles, authorities said.  The unidentified woman climbed into the box in Santa Clarita and was reported around 10 a.m. near the intersection of Orchard Village Road and Lyons Avenue., the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said, Fox Los Angeles reported.

A homeless suspect was arrested for the deadly New York City subway slashing of a commuter.  Tommy Bailey, a 43-year-old steamfitter with the Local 638 union for over two decades, was fatally sliced in the neck while commuting home aboard the Canarsie-bound L train at around 8:50 p.m. on Friday, stumbling out onto the platform after the subway rolled into Brooklyn’s Atlantic Station.  The NYPD said the victim had been involved in a dispute with an unidentified man on the train, and Bailey was rushed by medics to Brookdale University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.  Homeless murder suspect Alvin Charles smirks as he's escorted by detectives from the 73rd Precinct.  (WNYW) Several days would pass before an arrest was made on Wednesday.  Alvin Charles, a 43-year-old homeless man, was escorted out of the 73rd Precinct Wednesday evening after being charged with the murder of Bailey, a father-of-two whose friends told the N.Y.

Fox News' Gianno Caldwell visited Capitol Hill to demand answers on America's crime crisis from Democrats and Republicans alike, as he continues his journey to seek justice after his teen brother's killing in Chicago.  Caldwell joined "Fox & Friends" Thursday to discuss his trek through the Capitol and said almost all Democrats dodged answering his questions. "The Democrats were not happy," Caldwell told co-host Brian Kilmeade.

President Biden personally called U.S. Coast Guard rescue swimmer Zach Loesch to thank him for a brave rescue of a disabled woman and her husband in Florida, just a short time before he is scheduled to be discharged for not submitting to an injection of the coronavirus vaccine. Loesch spoke to "Tucker Carlson Tonight" on Fox News Wednesday as more than 1,000 USCG members are suing the government for allegedly denying nearly all requests for religious exemption from COVID vaccine.
